EZC BUILDING
TOUR
The EZC building is available at any length, and in widths up to 30'. Eave
height is generally between 10' and 16'. There are several exterior wall and roof
colors available as options. Other options include large door openings, personnel
doors, windows, and ridge ventilators. Roof only and partially enclosed buildings
are available.
NOTE: AS OF DECEMBER 2000, MAIN
COLUMNS WILL BE FIELD BOLTED RATHER THAN FACTORY WELDED. This will simplify
plancheck in some localities and decrease manufacturing lead-time.
EZC buildings are constructed using a galvanized steel
frame and steel sheeting. Our uniquely designed and engineered frame allows easier
installation, lower material cost, and faster manufacturing than most steel buildings.
Frame sizes, and steel thickness,
depend on the building's size and local snow, wind, and seismic requirements.
Mainframe rafters can be installed in-place, if there is not equipment available to
install an assembled rafter.
Frames are galvanized to prevent rusting and maintain a new appearance.
Bolted components come pre-punched for fast installation. EZC buildings are
installed using bolts and self-drilling screws.
Horizontal rafters are easier to install without heavy equipment.
